Executive, Employee and Group Meditation Programs
Overview:
We at LionHeart believe that no one type of meditation practice is perfect for every individual. With this in mind, we teach multiple techniques. We begin at the beginning with Breath Meditation and expand into many variations. It is with the hope that each student, through experiencing as many techniques as possible will find as many that work for them. Our classes are gentle and reassuring. We find that most students will experience alignment with 5 of 6 techniques taught. The best teacher is experience, far superior to reading a book (though we encourage meditation books), we know that with a foundation in the meditation experience, students can immediately take their new tools back to their desk/home.
We teach meditation from a WELLNESS PERSPECTIVE, meaning; regardless of a person’s beliefs or background*, meditation is an excellent tool for stress reduction in the workplace and at home.

Requirements
All that is required is a quiet room with chairs and or space on the floor. That’s it. Students do not need to sit on the floor (if they don’t want to) or twist like a pretzel. It is very good if the lighting of the room can be dimmed but it is not necessary. Students will want to wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket (if they get cold) or a pillow for comfort. Sessions can given outdoors if requested.
*During certain technique instruction, we may suggest that students select a word that is positive to them, pleasant, something that they would like to feel or focus upon. We will give examples such as calm, release, peace and if they would like to chose a religious or spiritual concept, it is completely of their own choosing. We do not promote or denounce any particular religious concepts or beliefs.
