Affirmations

It is surprising how positive thought, words and ideas can change our emotions. Many people believe that they have no control over how they feel but this just isn’t the case for the majority.  Most of our emotions come directly from our thinking, our thoughts.  So, why not think positive, progressive and grateful thoughts as opposed to dreadful, fearful and doubting thoughts? If you have the choice, which you do…why not choose good over bad?

Have you ever felt yourself heading in a negative thought direction…that just seemed to get worse and worse? If so, then you know well the roller coaster our thoughts can take our emotions on.  Try some of these affirmations and see how your feelings change with your thoughts!
